All DeltaHome smart locks come with a standard 2-year warranty. You can further extend it by purchasing:
  • Year extension (total 3 years coverage)
  • Year extension (total 4 years coverage)
  • Year extension (total 5 years coverage)

The extended warranty covers:
Manufacturing defects
Internal hardware malfunctions
Software issues (not caused by misuse)

❌ Note: The following are not covered under any warranty:

Physical or water damage
Unauthorized tampering or repairs
Improper installation
Battery damage
Lithium-ion rechargeable batteries

You must purchase the extended warranty within 30 days from the invoice date.
It can be added during checkout or by contacting our support team.

Yes. All DeltaHome smart locks must be installed by an authorized technician to validate the warranty.
